Your support will help the Women's Basketball team Rise Up to the Challenge!
Rise with the Jefferson Women's Basketball Team!
With additional funding to Women’s Basketball, the team's first goal would be to play in the season tournaments at locations outside the area such as Florida, California, and Vermont. This would offer them an opportunity to travel overnight for 3-4 days, play opponents outside the region, and have an educational experience.
In addition, your gift will support the women off of the court. Coach Shirley would like to hire outside speakers to come and address the team on topics such as Black Lives Matter, Women in the Workplace, money management, etc.
Not only will you help in giving the team an opportunity to play in tournaments and games, but ensure healthy options are available to them while they are on the road and expand their options when it comes to fueling their bodies before a game.

Thank you to our 931 donors who have supported our 17 Division II sports teams! We raised $82,121 from alumni, students, parents, and fans. The funds raised will be put to use immediately, fulfilling equipment needs and helping each player train and perform their best.
