What is the Rams Rise Up Challenge?
The Rams Rise Up Challenge is a 24-hour fundraising event for Jefferson Athletics. This year, we need Rams, fans, alumni, friends, and family to rise up and make a gift today. Our 17 Division II sports teams are competing against each other to raise the most support, and the top teams will win additional funding for their program. Help your favorite team win by making a gift!
When is the Rams Rise Up Challenge?
The Rams Rise Up Challenge is on Thursday, November 14 from midnight to 11:59 p.m. All gifts made during that time frame will be counted towards our Rams Rise Up Challenge totals.
How can I help spread the word?
Become a #RamsRiseUp Challenge Ambassador! Post to your personal accounts using our social media toolkit and help us spread the word. Be sure to inlcude #RamsRiseUp in your posts, and you could be featured on our page!
Who can participate?
Everyone is welcomed to participate and support our student-athletes!
Can I make my gift over the phone?
Of course! Please call the Annual Giving office at 215-600-8592.
Can I mail in my donation?
Because of the short time frame of the Rams Rise Up Challenge, gifts made online or via phone will count towards the campaign goals.
Does your employer offer a matching gift program?
Thousands of companies match gifts to non-profit organizations, which can double or triple your gift. To find out if your employer (or your spouse’s employer) has a matching gift program, please click here. If so, please contact your Human Resources representative for a matching gift form.
Can I give via stock in support of the Rams Rise Up Challenge?
Yes! If you are interested in giving stock, click here to read more and get directions and make sure to call our office, 1-877-JEFF-GIFT, to let us know to expect your gift.

Is there a minimum donation amount?
Yes, there is a $5 minimum donation during the campaign.
Will I receive a tax receipt when making a donation?
Yes, all donors receive an acknowledgment receipt via email.
Can I make a recurring gift?
Of course! On the "checkout" page, be sure to enter your frequency and amount that you would like to be charged. For more information, contact AnnualGiving@Jefferson.edu.
