Einstein Health Network, now part of Jefferson Health, started with just 22 beds in 1866 as the Jewish Hospital. In 2016, we celebrated our 150th year of service to the community. We began with what was, in the late 1800s, a remarkable and forward-thinking creed: to provide medical care to "the sick and wounded without regard to creed, color or nationality."
Today, we continue to honor that legacy, and our primary mission remains true to the founders’ intent—and our health system has grown and evolved in ways they could not have imagined. We proudly provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, and have gained a reputation for excellence and innovation.
Our Albert Einstein Healthcare Network facilities include: Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park, Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, MossRehab, as well as outpatient centers and primary care locations through the greater Philadelphia area.
When you give to Einstein Healthcare Network you are directly empowering others to provide the highest-quality patient care, pioneer new technologies, inform care through innovative research, educate the next generation of healthcare providers, and expand our community outreach and service programs.
Make an impact by contributing to one of our top priorities at Einstein today.
